Cramer’s Point doesn’t have its own waterfront on Lake George, but we’re fortunate to have access to a shared water front area just a short walk from our motel and cabins. It’s a fantastic addition to the great amenities we offer guests, but it’s important to understand how our lake access works.

Our Property Isn’t on the Waterfront: Please understand that our Lake George Motel & Cabins property is NOT located on the waterfront. This is a private lake use and access area that is shared with us by residential property owners.

Lake Association Guidelines: Our Guests need to follow the guidelines set by the beach association. Here’s what you need to know:

• Water front activities are at the sole risk of the Guest.
• All Guests must respect the shoreline area and neighboring homeowners.
• Follow the signs on the trail to the beach. Guests MAY NOT trespass on private property. Do not walk on driveways or lawns under any circumstances.
• The lake access area is not open before 9am or after 7pm
• Cramer’s Lake Breeze guests are prohibited from swimming- there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Please pack in and pack out all items, debris, garbage, and equipment each time you access the beach.
• We cannot accept guest-owned boats at the beach.
• Lake access privileges can be revoked for any misconduct.
