Bolton Landing Farmers Market
The Bolton Landing Farmers Market is a summer favorite for those visiting Lake George. It’s known for its welcoming, family-friendly vibe and its wide variety of vendors. This market really strives to highlight local producers. In fact, everything sold here is grown or made by the vendors themselves. It also features live music, kids’ activities, booths for community organizations, and more.
If you’re looking to find a souvenir or snack that is authentically Adirondack, the Bolton Landing Farmers Market is a great place to shop. It is located at 7 Goodman Ave., Bolton Landing, and it’s open every Friday from 9 am until 1 pm, starting on the last Friday in June and running through Labor Day weekend in September.
Glens Falls Farmers Market

The Chestertown Farmers Market has been around for 15 years. It’s a bit outside the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of the southern Adirondack region, so if you’re looking for a slower pace and smaller crowds definitely add this market to your list.
The market features dozens of local artisans and vendors. You’ll find everything from baked goods and locally grown vegetables to locally crafted ciders and spirits, handcrafted goods, live music and more.
The Chestertown Farmers Market takes place on Wednesdays during the summer, from 10am until 2pm on the front lawn of the Chester Town Hall: 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, NY 12817.
Brant Lake Farmers Market
Like the Chestertown Farmers Market, the Brant Lake Farmers Market is a bit off the beaten path. It’s a smaller market, but still has some great offerings including freshly baked pies, fresh-picked vegetables, flowers, honey, artisan crafts, and more.
The Brant Lake Farmers Market happens on Saturdays during the summer months, from 9am until 2pm. You can find it at 6752 NY-8, Brant Lake, NY 12815, just a mile north of the Brant Lake Public Beach.
